Today, I'm thankful for the brave men and women who serve our country. There missions are seldom easy, and so often we neglect to reflect on the freedoms their sacrifices uphold. These individuals put their personal agendas on the back burner; they miss milestones in their families; they serve sacrificially.
Please remember to lift these brave individuals in your prayers. Veterans often have unseen scars that we can't begin to understand; God can help heal those. Others will never have the opportunity to see their loved ones; God can comfort those.
